Getting in touch with Second Month Amsterdam

Everything is done in writing. On a stay of several weeks the booking thread turns into a short history of your time here, which is useful when you want to book the same length, the same hour or the same woman again.

A written booking is accurate in a way a spoken one is not. The address, the date and the figure sit in the thread where both sides can read them again, and nothing depends on anyone remembering a call correctly a week later.

A first message is easy to answer when it holds these:

  • The address: street and number, floor or bell for a flat, building and room for a hotel or serviced apartment.
  • The date and hour, in Amsterdam time.
  • The length: sixty minutes, ninety, two hours, three or the overnight.
  • A name from the therapist pages if you have one in mind.
  • Whether there will be one guest or two, and one therapist or two.

The reply confirms who is free, gives the figure and gives an arrival window. Nothing is asked of you before that: no form, no account and no card details typed into a page.

Writing again, later in the stay

A returning guest can keep it shorter. If the address has not changed, say so. If you want the same length as last time, say that too. What does need repeating is the date, because a thread that runs across two months is full of dates, and a clear one opening each new message avoids any confusion about which evening you mean.

If you move flats during the stay, which happens more often than people plan for, put the new address in full the first time you write from it.

What the thread will not do

It will not tell you what a landlord or a building allows, will not arrange anything with a concierge on your behalf and will not contact anyone for you. It answers about therapists, techniques, timing, length and payment. The booking page sets out the sequence, and the questions page may answer yours before you write.

Anything that needs a record rather than a conversation, a complaint, a question about what is held about you or a request under the privacy pages, goes to contact@massagesamsterdam.com.
