I am in Amsterdam for three months. Is there a package for regular bookings?
No. There is no package, subscription or weekly slot. Every booking is agreed on its own at the same rates, so booking often costs no more per session and booking rarely costs no less. Nothing commits you to a second booking.
Does the deposit change once I have booked before?
In one case. After your first booking, a same-day booking of one or two hours at a city address is paid in full on arrival, with nothing ahead. Anything arranged more than twenty-four hours ahead, anything of three hours or longer, anything with two therapists, an overnight, a Schiphol booking and a peak date all still carry half ahead.
How long does she take to arrive at my flat?
Forty to sixty minutes anywhere in central Amsterdam, counted from confirmation. The window is the same in the first week of a stay and the last. A Schiphol hotel is a separate arrangement, and the travel time out there is fixed with you before anything else.
My flat is in a canal house with a shared front door. What should I write?
The street and number, the floor, and which bell or door is yours. If the staircase is steep or the entrance is round the back, say so. A clear description avoids ten minutes on the doorstep.
Can I book the same therapist every week?
You can ask for her by name each time. The reply confirms whether she is free at the hour you want. No woman is reserved for a guest between bookings, and each time she decides whether to take it.
What does it cost?
One guest with one therapist: 180 euros for an hour, 270 for ninety minutes, 360 for two hours, 540 for three and 1,250 for the eight hour overnight. A couple with one therapist or one guest with two pays 360 an hour. A couple with a therapist each pays 720 an hour.
My project deadline moved. Can I change the date of a booking?
Once, free of charge, if you ask more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days. The deposit moves with it. A second change, or one asked for inside the final day, is treated as a cancellation at that moment.
How are deposits paid?
By card, Revolut, Wise or crypto, using details given only inside the confirmed booking thread. Bank transfers and PayPal are not accepted, and cash cannot serve as a deposit. Whatever remains after the deposit is paid when she arrives.
Does anyone check age?
Everyone who books and everyone present must be twenty-one or over, and a photo document may be asked for at the door, even on a tenth booking. It is looked at and handed back, and nothing is copied or noted.
I moved flats halfway through my stay. Does anything change?
Only the address. Write the new one in full the first time you book from it, including the floor and the door. The rates and the arrival window stay exactly as they were.
Do you come to Schiphol?
Airport hotels at Schiphol are arranged by agreement rather than quoted on the spot, with the journey time agreed with you first. Half the fee goes ahead on every Schiphol booking. Nothing outside Amsterdam and Schiphol is arranged.
Who sets the limits of a visit, the house or the therapist?
The therapist. She explains her limits at the start of each visit in her own words, and they hold until she leaves. Any booking may be declined by her, and any visit may be ended by her whenever she chooses.
I planned ninety minutes for Friday on Monday, and on Thursday morning my project manager asks me to fly home. What do I lose?
A ninety minute booking with one therapist costs EUR 270, which put the deposit at EUR 135. A message on Thursday morning arrives more than twenty-four hours before a Friday evening booking, which means the whole EUR 135 is repaid. You could instead move the booking once, free, to any date within fourteen days, and the deposit would travel with it. Had you written on Friday afternoon, before she set out, EUR 67.50 would have been kept and the rest repaid; once she is travelling, the whole deposit is kept unless the hour is taken by another guest.
I have booked eight times this stay. Why does a booking I plan for next Saturday still need a deposit?
Because it is arranged more than twenty-four hours before it starts, and every booking planned that far ahead carries half the fee in advance, however many came before it. Being a returning guest changes one thing: a request for one or two hours later the same day at a city address is paid entirely at the door. Write on Saturday morning instead and, for an hour or two, nothing goes ahead.
My deposit became credit after a transport strike. How long can I keep it?
Credit from a genuine disruption is held against a date you choose, and you do not have to settle on one straight away. On a long stay it simply attaches to your next booking. A cold, a late meeting or a change of plan is not force majeure, though: those are read as a move or a cancellation on the usual notice scale.
I have booked the same therapist four times this month. Does she still decide what each session includes?
Every time, and a history of earlier visits does not change that. Her limits belong to her, she names them at the start of each visit in her own words, and they may differ from one evening to the next. She can refuse a booking before it is confirmed or after, with no reason owed to anyone, and she can bring a visit to a close whenever she wishes. A guest who presses on a limit she has stated ends the visit at that point: the fee for the time reserved remains due, nothing is added to it, and the terms record the same rule formally.
She has been to my flat before. Can she still ask for identification?
Yes. Everyone who books and anyone else present has to be twenty-one or over, and a returning guest is no exception, particularly if someone new is in the flat. A photo document may be requested at the door, glanced at and handed back at once. It is never copied, photographed or written down. If the question of who is present cannot be resolved, she leaves before the session begins, as the age statement explains.
Over a stay of several months, what does the house keep about me?
Only what the bookings themselves require: the thread with its dates, hours, addresses and figures, so that both sides can refer back to it. There is no customer file, no account and no profile built from repeat visits, and nothing is passed to a landlord or a building.
