A returning guest, and what changes
A returning guest is anyone the house has looked after before, and exactly one rule changes with it: a same-day hour or two in the city is paid on arrival.
After the first booking, a guest is a returning guest. On a long stay that happens early, usually in the first or second week, and it stays true for the rest of the stay and for a later visit while the house still holds the thread.
What changes
One thing only. A returning guest asking for one or two hours later the same day at an address in the city pays the whole fee at the door, with nothing ahead. Every other kind of booking keeps its deposit, however many times the guest has booked before.
What does not
The rates stay the same. There is no loyalty price, no package and no standing slot. The therapist still decides whether to accept each booking, still decides what each session includes and still states her limits at the start of every visit. A photo document may still be asked for at the door. Earlier bookings create no arrangement for later ones.
Asking for the same therapist
Name her in the first line of the message. The reply says whether she is free at the hour, and if she is not, who is. The house keeps no customer file on a returning guest; the booking thread is the only record, as the privacy page explains.
